The Personal/Private Workshop

To use the private/personal and emergency workshops, you have to know the ID and password. Each password is used to encrypt the data as it goes to your hard drive, so if someone doesn't have your password, they won't get to your data--at least not easily. Also, you get to say how long to leave these workshops active before they hide--that helps protect your sensitive information.

How do you keep up with your ID/pwd information? Most people have serveral they need to keep a record of. The Catapult Garage gives you a quick, easy way to do just that--and lots more related stuff.

Not being anxious to post personal/private/protected information on the web, we'll let you use your imagination for both of these workshops when we tell you there's a list and you can choose the item you're interested in and see it. You can also search the items to find what you need at that moment, e.g., "bank" would bring up all items with the word "bank" anywhere in the record. We did include an add screen so you can see what is stored for each item. You can display, add, change, and delete items. Additionally, you can share the information with one other computer running the Catapult Garage on your network (if you set it up to do that.)

One other thing you can do with these workshops is to maintain a record of the "stuff" you keep in your wallet or purse. You can store these and mark the items in case your wallet or purse gets lost or stolen. Then you can use the list to know who you need to contact about the loss. That can save you lots of time and, eventually, money.

Other items you'll want to keep here include ID/Pwd combinations you're forced to keep up with, private medical information, insurance information, and whatever else you need to have handy, but keep protected from prying eyes.  Buy It Now
