The Tech Support Workshop

This is the Tech Support Workshop. When you scroll it down, the big manilla-colored text box includes lots of information about the computer in question's name, user's name, networking, memory, etc. You can double-click on it to bring it to full-screen width and to the front. If there's a pinging failure, there's information about how to tell what's wrong. In our Partners version you get to put in who to call if/when the user wants to phone for help. (The upcoming Enterprise version will let you control when your user can access this workshop.) And there's lots more here than meets the eye.
