This page is only open to those who are registered and accepted as ITSBITS Events Calendar Contributors. When you first register, you will be contacted to verify that you should be admitted as a valid member of this group. This validation is done to protect your privacy and the integrity of both the group and our events calendar. As a registered member of the group you will automatically receive the group's newsletter and other group communications. In addition, other calendar contributors will be able to see your contact information. You must opt-in for any other email communications.

If you would like to add items to our event calendar on a regular basis, please, use the Registration option (above) and register to join our Event Calendar Administrators group. (The rules for calendar entries are shown below, so you'll know ahead of time what they are.) If you have only an occasional item to add to the calendar, you may want to email it to us instead. (Information sent via email is NEVER secure. If that is a problem for you, please call or write us instead--see our contact-us page.)
Calendar Guidelines:
- Please, only enter items into the Events Calendar that are of interest to large groups of people, not just to a handful.
- We are a family-oriented shop--if you post items that conflict with this orientation, you will be removed from the group and all your existing entries will be removed.
- Try to give people as much information as you can about the event. Include main-sponsor information if you can, costs for the event (or say "Free") in the description. Be as specific as you can in the space available to you.
- Avoid any non-standard abbreviations, acronyms, etc that people might not understand.
- Remember that for security reasons, all-text fields cannot contain single or double quotation marks, apostrophes, or the less-than or greater than marks. Telephone numbers should be formatted as 999-999-9999. Dates should be in format MM/DD/YYYY.
- ALL items must include an end-date for inclusion. If no end date is given, the start date will be assumed to also be the end date.
