OK, you've written a really great program and you believe there are lots of potential users across the country, but now you face an almost insurmountable problem: you have no way to reach those potential users. You're a developer, not a marketing person! Right?

We've been doing software development since 1987, so we know where you are. We've come up with a model to help you. We'll use the same tried and true contacts and methods we have developed over the years to market your software--to find those potential users and sell to them.

Our plan is simple to understand:

  1. Begin by contacting us and talking to us about what you have. If we believe it is potentially profitable, we'll go forward. If not, we'll tell you why and you won't be out anything but a few minutes of your time.Click to Send email
  2. Once we offer to go forward, we will mail you a signed copy of our standard contract for your to sign. WE DO NOT WORK WITHOUT A WRITTEN CONTRACT because it protects both our interests and yours. A basic, though not authoritative or legally binding description of the contract's main points are shown below.
    • You give us a not-for-distribution copy of your software to evaluate, work with, learn from, even to use. We'll tell you what it needs and work with you to help make it a marketable property.
    • You give us a copy of any materials you have already used to market the software--we'll use these to help understand your product, how you think it can sell, and, just perhaps, why it didn't.
    • Once we have a marketable property, we will begin marketing it. We'll place it on our website(s) and do whatever we believe will make it sell. Note that you have paid us nothing through this point.
    • When a customer contacts us, they become our customer and they remain so for 18 months from their last contact with us. Any and all sales you make to the customer will require that you pay us a commission--30% of the gross amount you ask the customer to pay. That's it!
    • We will do marketing and product quality surveys with the customer. You will be advised of the customers' comments about your product so that you can improve it.
    • You will be responsible for supporting the customer should they have any questions or problems with your product.
    • We trust everyone. But, over the years we've learned to "cut the deck." If you try to cheat us, we'll lower the boom on you. If two or three customers tell us you sold them product but we didn't get paid, we'll begin a Discovery Process with accountants and lawyers. If we're wrong, we pay. If we're right, you pay. You pay us 50%--not 30%--and you pay all costs of the Discovery Process. If you force us to go to litigation, you will pay for all costs associated with that, too.
