If it's downloaded software, we just ask that you take it off your machine(s) and stop using it. Let us know you've done this and we'll refund your money immediately. (We would appreciate knowing why you're dissatisfied so we can improve our product, but you'll get no argument--just your money back.)

If you downloaded a picture or article and you're not happy with it, just tell us you can't use it after all and we'll refund your money immediately.

If it's a product we shipped to you, just return it to us in its original condition with a copy of your original purchase receipt, including the order number, and we'll refund your money immediately. (If the product is damaged in some way when you receive it and it's not obvious, please do let us know that so we don't return it to inventory.)
