All proprietary data is well protected and that includes any data we may collect from you. At IHS, Incorporated, we consider working within the framework of very large corporations' priviledged-information and security procedures to be normal. Non-disclosure agreements, HIIPA, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other such protocols are not strangers.

Our privacy policy is very simple. We will do everything in our power to safeguard any information we have about you. Except for PayPal, who does our payment processing, and certain of our affiliates, we will not share, sell, or otherwise distribute any information about you except as required by the law. Period. When we do share the information, we will only share the minimum amount that must be shared and only when there is complete assurance that your information will be properly safeguarded and used.

We will not use any information we have to "spam" you, either. We will not send unsolicited emails except in rare cases when there is a problem we need to let you know about to help ensure your safety and/or security.
