Each of the buttons on the start screen causes generation of a report. The represenations of most of these reports available here are just that--representations designed to show you what the system is capable of. Your own reports will, of course, use your own data and look somewhat different. (All actual phone numbers, Social Security numbers, etc. have been "smudged" so that they cannot be read--this is intentionally done for security purposes.)
