    • Copy or move files from a "source" folder to a "destination" folder--or reverse the move
      • Mirror source on destination--make the destination look exactly like the source
      • Copy all files, period.
      • Synchronize--copy only newer files to the destination
      • Works to other machines on a domain (so long as you have the proper permissions)

    • Include sub-folders and their files (or not as you specify)
    • Maintain file and/or folder attributes (or not as you specify)

    • Exclude certain file or types of files from the activity...ditto for folders
